Reviewing Cases
All events that passes through the fraud flow you created and configured will be populated under "Event" section.
Note that: Not all "Events" will be cases. For example; Events that have all the status (Pending, Allowed, Blocked) will all appear under the event section.
While Events that have the pending/blocked status will appear only under cases. You can say all events that passes through your fraud flow appears under "events" section while all undecided cases or flouted cases appear under the cases section
In the cases section, there are two main navigations which are Pending cases and Resolved cases.
Let's start with the Pending cases navigation.
Under pending cases, you will be able to view the use case, case ID, date created, and status.
When you click on any pending cases, it would show all the information about the cases such as case information, and behavioral analysis.
In the case information, it shows you all the user's information from full name to address and type of device, etc.
This also depends on the type of conditions you have set in your rule for the fraud flow
Under the behavioral analysis, it shows you different status if it is True or False on criteria such as unusual user behavior i.e. is the user transacting at an odd hour outside business hours, is the country an high risk country, is there a sudden change in transaction habits, etc.
In the supporting doc section, it simply allows you to upload supporting documents to back your review process. You can upload it in different format like JPEG, PNG, PDF, etc.
In your top right side, you will see "Review Process" button.
By clicking on this button, you will get two options, either to allow or block. Once you make a decision, click on the save button and the status of this case changes to what you have decided.
In the "Resolved case" navigation, all cases that has been decided in the pending cases and their status will be populated here. In other words, you will be able to have an overview of resolved cases and their status. Also you can filter the table by date and status
By clicking on any of the resolved cases, you will be able to view all information around the cases and the status that was decided.
Note that: You will not be able to review process again but you have the ability can upload supporting doc
